[NoHo Arts District, CA] – Councilmember Paul Krekorian along with Valley Cultural Foundation (VCF) celebrates the return of NoHo Summer Nights, the free Saturday concerts at North Hollywood Park.

“NoHo Summer Nights was put on hold the last couple of years due to the pandemic, but VCF is excited to partner with NoHo Arts District yet again and bring back a wonderful lineup,” says new Executive Director Joellen Ammann.

7/30 – Sweet Seasons – A Tribute to Carole King, with Emerging Artist Taylor Alexis

Sweet Seasons is a tribute to the legendary Carole King. There have been few singer/songwriters that have been as prolific and impactful as Carole King. Driven by an intense love and admiration for Carole’s music, seasoned tribute artist Carla Buffa felt compelled to assemble an excellent group of musicians to pay homage to King’s legend with a show that includes all of the chart-topping hits that you’ve come to know and love over the years. Buffa is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist who has been a professional musician, performing nationally and internationally for over 30 years. When you attend a Sweet Season performance, you will be transported back by Carla’s immaculate renderings of such classic numbers as “It’s Too Late,” “So Far Away,” “I Feel the Earth Move,” “Jazzman,” “You’ve Got a Friend,” “Locomotion”… She possesses the look, voice and musicianship to faithfully pay tribute to this iconic artist with outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.

Tyler Alexis is a singer/songwriter and streamer based in Los Angeles, who inspires and empowers people around the globe. With dedicated fans in places such as Australia, Saudi Arabia, Denmark, Greenland, Canada, and at home in the United States, Tyler’s following has grown as expansive as her creative vision. Her willingness to explore new media and her ability to pivot quickly has Tyler constantly designing new and exciting virtual music-based experiences.
