Los Angeles Community of Acting and Entertainment (LACAE)
A modern training center reimagining actor training for today’s industry and tomorrow’s storytellers.
LACAE is a nonprofit training center rooted in Los Angeles, dedicated to providing rigorous, inclusive, and career-driven education in acting and entertainment. From drop-in intensives to long-term programs, our work empowers artists, employs working professionals, and supports the cultural life of Los Angeles.
We offer:
  • Workshops & Intensives on subjects like voiceover, audition technique, movement, and industry prep. Classes are designed for all experience levels
  • ACT III, our flagship one-year professional certificate launching October 2025, which bridges the gap between actor training and working in stage, film, and television
As we grow toward a fully licensed and accredited two-year conservatory, LACAE is committed to:
  • Scholarships for underserved students
  • Paid roles for teaching artists and creatives
  • Public performances that bring high-quality work to the LA community
  • A pipeline that prepares actors to work and thrive in the entertainment industry
