Homemade cinnamon rolls are special, so I’m gonna show you how to make the best vegan cinnamon rolls at home.

They’re soft, gooey, and blow absolutely any store bought version out of the water, whether they’re Wicked Food, Cinnabon or your local grocery store, they don’t stand a chance. So here’s the Vegan Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Recipe

Dough:

380g White Bread Flour

100g Granulated Sugar

10g Salt

235g Oat Milk (Or any other plant version)

7g Yeast 80g Vegan Butter

Filling:

200g Dark Brown Sugar

10g Cinnamon

Icing:

270g Icing Sugar

5 Tbsp Single Cream

1 Tsp Vanilla
