Starlight Bowl 2024

[NoHo Arts District, CA] – The Starlight Bowl returns this summer July 4-August 24! The City of Burbank’s Summer Concert Series opens with a 4th of July celebration event, including a brilliant fireworks display and performances by Billy Nation: A Tribute to Billy Joel and MIRAGE: A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac. In addition, the City’s concert series includes THE FAB FOUR – The Ultimate Beatles Tribute and THE ANSWER, then performances by DSB – a Journey tribute with WANTED, a Bon Jovi tribute. Next is a live band journey through the eras of Taylor Swift and BOOMBOX HEROES followed by The Million Dollar McGraw Show and Gold Rush Country. The series rounds out with yacht rock pioneers YÄCHTLEY CRËW and Burbank-born rock band FIRE DRILL.

Billy Nation: A Tribute to Billy Joel

MIRAGE

Mirage, named after Fleetwood Mac’s third best-selling album, features Michelle Tyler as Stevie Nicks, Bob Weitz as John McVie, Annie Boxell as Christine McVie, Gary Hagen as Lindsey Buckingham and Richard Graham as Mick Fleetwood.

Based in Los Angeles, Mirage has earned the top honors among tribute artists – endorsed by AXSTV as one of “The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands” and heartily praised by the ‘real’ Stevie Nicks after she heard a performance.

The night will conclude with a patriotic firework display!

YÄCHTLEY CRËW

Yachtley Crew is the seven-piece SoCal band who burst onto the club scene in 2017, selling out countless local venues before starting a nationwide Yacht Rock craze and being noticed by the legendary Jimmy Buffett who signed them to his own Mailboat Records label. 

The nautical-suited and captain’s-hat-clad Yachtley Crew (otherwise known as “The Titans Of Soft Rock”) is comprised of lead vocalist Phillip Daniel (Philly Ocean), drummer Rob Jones (Sailor Hawkins), bassist Chaz Ruiz (Baba Buoy), guitarist Thomas Gardner Jr. (Tommy Buoy), backing vocalist Curt Clendenin (Stoney Shores), saxophone/flutist Paul Pate (Pauly Shores) and keyboardist Matt Grossman (Matthew McDonald). 

Growing exponentially over the past years, Yachtley Crew has toured in cities throughout the U.S. and Europe and is currently gearing up for their 2024 Full Steam Ahead tour that begins in March. The group will continue their third year of residency at The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas and recently released their first EP Seas The Day on Mailboat Records. 

FIRE DRILL

Fire Drill is a Burbank-born rock band with an emphasis on playing music they like. All multi-instrumentalists, they play music from all decades and genres so long as they have a good time doing it. The varied musical interests of the five members combined with a shared love of music makes for an eclectic set of rock with something for everyone!

Comprised of five members, Chris Wynne (guitar), Nate Myer (guitar), Justin Berger-Davis (bass), Tommy Goldstein (drums), and Sela Moretti-Hitchcock (vocals), you may have seen them play at various venues in Burbank, including the Burbank Mall and Magnolia Park Night Out. You may even see them switching instruments during a show!
