- ¼ cup of canola oil.
- 1 lb. of mushrooms.
- ½ teaspoon of salt.
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
- 1 diced onion.
- 3 minced cloves of garlic.
- 1 cup of walnut halves.
- 1 can of lentils, drain and rinsed.
- ½ cup of chopped fresh parsley.
- ½ cup of bread crumbs.
- ½ cup of quick oats.
- 6 tablespoons of ground flax meal.
- ½ cup of barbecue sauce.
- ¼ cup of soy sauce.
What you are going to do
- To begin with, preheat the oven to 400°F. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool. Cover a loaf pan with nonstick spray and with parchment paper.
