Attention all NoHo and L.A. visual artists. Your art could be on a billboard.
Founded in 2015, in Brooklyn, NY, SaveArtSpace is a non-profit organization that works to create an urban gallery experience, launching exhibitions that address intersectional themes and foster a progressive message of social change. By placing culture over commercialism, SaveArtSpace aims to empower artists from all walks of life and inspire a new generation of young creatives and activists.
SaveArtSpace – One of the Your Art LA 4 (2020) selected artist V & V
“We found success with all forms of artwork, be it fine art paintings, drawing, digital art, photography and beyond. We’ve even installed iPhone images in the past. We welcome all artists to submit their art work!
It’s best to check out the what kind of work the curators make, and if you make similar work, you may have a good chance of being selected.
We hold 2-3 open calls a year in southern California, and monthly open calls around the country, see saveartspace.org/submit for all available open calls. There is always an opportunity to have your art up on billboard in your neighborhood or somewhere else!”
