Paul Maged “Fight To The Death” EP Release

“Fight to the Death,”  the last of his trilogy of EPs which includes, “Light Years Away” and “The Glass River.”

Coincidentally, a few months ago I got a chance to review his excellent single release, “The Resistance,”  which is also included on this EP.

Paul Maged writes protest rock songs. Songs with agendas and positions and difficult things to say about the world around us. He voices his opinions without limitations and with no fear of reprisal or criticism.  He is honest and bold and, most importantly, his songs are beautifully wrought and thoughtfully written.

It’s great rock with solid beats, jangling keys, melodic guitars and powerful heartfelt vocals.  The songs are epic, big, ambitious and cinematic. He really should be writing a rock opera!

Paul Maged’s signature song “Fight To The Death” has been selected to be featured on UFC Fight Pass and Titan Fighting Championship to promote their upcoming event on UFC Fight Pass on June 28th, 2019 to 150 countries around the world. Many of the songs from his previous EPs have also received TV and film placements and received much acclaim around the world.  Seems like I am not the only one who appreciates that his particular voice is out there in the zeitgeist.

He’s a brilliant mind with much to say and very clever and melodious ways to say it.  The world needs Paul Maged…looking forward to his next release!! Keep shining your light on the ugly side of humanity and please keep writing great songs about it!
