Happily Divorced

[NoHo Arts District, CA] –  Ruth Brandt takes her solo show Happily Divorced to the Whitefire Theatre Solofest 2025 on Saturday, April 5.

Happily Divorced is an autobiographical story, written and performed by Ruth Brandt. Ruth describes her journey from falling in love with her husband, to falling in love with herself. She also revisits childhood memories with her immigrant parents, and how her background molded her life decisions. The storytelling is filled with both poignancy and comedy. Ruth is happier now than ever before, and she would like to thank both her ex-husband for the divorce and her three young adult kids for pushing her to take chances. The best is yet to come.
