ABOUT LAUREN AND THE SCHOOL:
LAUREN PATRICE NADLER, director and coach, has assisted in taking countless actors to the next level with her coaching, leading them to bookings in series regular, contract roles, recurring and guest star roles on television, lead and supporting roles in film, and national commercials.
From NYC, Lauren planted roots in LA to further share her years of experience in front of and behind the camera. She started out as an actor, having studied extensively and becoming the leading student with Karen Ludwig, Uta Hagen’s, protege. Lauren possesses a strong insight into the casting process. She has cast a good deal of projects, including casting Oscar winner Adrien Brody (The Pianist) in one of his first lead roles in Ten Benny. She has also been involved in the casting of several movies with the talents of Simon Baker (The Mentalist), Lauryn Hill (singer), Jesse Martin (Law and Order), Frank Vincent (Sopranos) and more.
These experiences, working with seasoned and (at the time) undiscovered Oscar winners, taught her so much about the commitment it takes to get noticed in this competitive field. She applies this knowledge, her acting training, and her intuition to guide and help many successful actors in Los Angeles. Lauren has an equal flare for coaching both comedy and drama, Lauren’s programs nurture and develop students that become known for booking notable roles because of their high level of script analysis and exceptional improvisational skills. LPN studios is a place to develop a broad range of characters that lead to auditions, booking, and work at a professional level.
