The Art Institute of Calfornia – Hollywood, A Campus of Argosy University Hosts First Annual Battle of the Bands Outdoor Concert on North Hollywood Rooftop
Get ready for The Battle of the Bands on the rooftop, under the stars, in the NoHo Arts District.
The Battle of the Bands will take place Friday, September 8, 2017 at 7PM on the rooftop of the parking garage at 11144 Weddington Street, North Hollywood, CA 91601. The event is open to the public and there is no cost to attend.
Bands from the campus, North Hollywood and the surrounding area will battle it out in front of the crowd and surrounded by views of North Hollywood for the title of top band.
In addition, guided by their instructors, several classes of young filmmakers from the school will produce, direct and record local musicians, honing their skills to prepare themselves to take their place as the next generation of artists in the industry.

Centered in the Hollywood Arts District, Ai California – Hollywood provides an important source for design, media arts and culinary professionals. The school is surrounded by dance studios, theater houses, music and film studios.
“Our campus is a collection of accomplished industry professionals as instructors who mix with our talented and ambitious students, all collectively working to make their mark on Hollywood and the world,” said Campus President Roger Hosn. “We’re excited to see the bands battle it out on stage and to see our students in the design and media arts utilize their talents to design and produce the showcase.”
