Har’Monique’s “New” single is a gorgeous Afro Caribbean song.

The first track from her upcoming album, the track is the epitome of late summer, early fall sounds. There’s a little sweet melancholy to “New,” a tinge of regret, a lovely echoing coolness.

Har’Monique has a beautiful voice, husky, powerful, deep and resonating. It’s paired perfectly with the light techno instrumentation. The beats are pure and simple, leaving a lot of space for the emotion of the song.

Har’Monique’s vocals lift and spin and play with the texture of the song, breathy one moment, powerful the next.

I love this track. In fact, it’s addictive. Danceable, in a subtle way, soft and swaying. I guess that’s the Afro Caribbean vibe. Har’Monique is a talent to watch for sure. I’m really looking forward to the album!!! Loved it!!!
