Delish Thai Kitchen Q&A: Award-Winning Pad Thai in North Hollywood

[NoHo Arts District, CA]  – This Delish Thai Kitchen Q&A dives into how a Pad Thai award winner turned years of cooking at Wat Thai into a small, independent kitchen serving standout Thai food in North Hollywood, built on consistency, care, and food that tastes like it came straight from home.

From a Pad Thai champion at Wat Thai to her own spot in NoHo, Natalee Saensradi is doing it her way at Delish Thai Kitchen. Real home-style Thai, no shortcuts, and a lunch deal that keeps locals coming back.

Can you tell us how you came to open Delish Thai Kitchen in NoHo, and what that journey looked like?

Delish Thai Kitchen started in June 2024, on my own. This is from seven years of running a food marketplace at Wat Thai of Los Angeles as a winner of Pad Thai.

When I founded this place, I knew it was going to be my place – ‘The Little Thai Corner’ where I can share with everyone what I like to cook, and hoping everyone will enjoy good food.

There’s no shortage of Thai food in the Valley. What do you do here that you won’t find anywhere else – whether that’s a recipe, a technique, or just the way you run things?

What I do here that you won’t find anywhere else is probably good customer service. But it’s the food. Our customers have repeatedly come back and always compliment us that the food here is like home cooking. We stick with our mantra:

“Cook with Love, Serve with integrity, Take care with Heart. This Thai Kitchen is Seasoned with Love.”

If someone walks in for the first time and asks what they absolutely have to try, what do you tell them?

Our Pad Thai is always recommended. For Thai people, we believe that if you can make a good Pad Thai, the rest of the menu will all be good.

Also, Pad Kra Pao (Bangkok Street Food) is a must try.

What are your top three dishes, the ones your regulars order every single time, the ones you’d probably have a revolt if you took off the menu?

Delish Pad Thai, Kao Soi, Bangkok Street Food, and Garlic Noodles

Is there something on the menu that’s personally meaningful to you – a family recipe, something from home – that you’re especially proud to serve?

Pad Thai. Our Pad Thai has been a winner of the Best Pad Thai since 2017.

Tell us more about your lunch menu and why you created it.

Our lunch menu is offered at $13.95, serving a full plate of Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Chicken Satay, Fried Chicken, Kung Pao, Orange Chicken, served with an egg roll and a choice of soup or salad.

I created this menu for many reasons, inviting the community to come and try Thai food at an affordable price.
