[NoHo Arts District, CA] – City Kitchen – your local breakfast and lunch spot in the heart of NoHo!
City Kitchen has been the go-to for breakfast and mimosa spot in NoHo for years now. However, it’s worth reminding us all just how special this place is.
Located on Lankershim, right on the NoHo Plaza, they are a casual dining experience with a full bar and lovely neighborhood atmosphere. (Don’t sleep on the sangria.)
With plenty of tables and comfortable couches City Kitchen is the perfect spot for larger groups and friends and family meet-ups. The menu is expansive with delicious pasta dishes as well as a huge selection of breakfast items. I’m a breakfast burrito gal and I can tell you their burrito/wraps are hard to beat!
But, their menu has something for everyone. The full bar, light-filled space, friendly staff and great location makes City Kitchen a NoHo favorite.
Just a short selection of my favorites!
The breakfast wraps – these are absolutely wonderful and packed with roasted potatoes, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, great cheese and bacon and of course avocado! They are huge, so bring your appetite!
If you are in the mood for something more exotic, l then recommend the shrimp tacos. They are on the appetizer menu and you can order them one at a time which I love! So delicious!
For more of a meal, while sticking with the breakfast theme, I love the steak and eggs. More of the delicious roasted potatoes and the really good steak, tender and very tasty!
They also have a big selection of waffles and pancake dishes and there’s a reason these are so popular! I love the stuffed French Toast! Wow!!!! Enormous! You might have to share this one even if you don’t want to!!
City Kitchen frequently has specials and they always run a very popular bottomless mimosas… to keep things interesting.
