Chef Sho Joins The Federal

Yep, there’s a new chef coming to town. Let’s give a big NoHo welcome to The Federal North Hollywood’s new head chef, Chef Sho.

“There’s no better chef than mother nature, but it’s our job as humans to take what she gives us and make it great.” – Chef Sho

On Friday, September 15 from 7-9PM, Chef Sho will offer a seven-course “pop up dinner” tasting at The Federal North Hollywood.

“It’s all about the experience and creating memories,” he explains. “I also like to push the boundaries.”

And in pushing the boundaries, he wants his tasting dinner to be different from what people are accustomed to. He also wants people to question what they’re eating, which will lead to conversations between diners generating the memorable experience in which he seeks to create.

Space is limited and guests are priced at $65 per person.

Please call 818-980-2555 or drop a note to viv@thefederalbar.com to reserve your spot at the tasting.
