“Making Jamie Vegan“, is where we take a recipe from Jamie Oliver’s 15 Minute Meals cookbook, and we see how long they actually take. We also convert them to a vegan recipe, as well to see if it’s even worth cooking in the first place.
Recipe by Jamie Oliver, Veganising by Moi:

INGREDIENTS
BLT 4 rashers of bacon (This Isn’t or Plant Kitchen are great UK options)
300g chicken (I used Tesco’s own vegan brand)
1 pinch dried oregano
1 pinch cumin seeds
1 baguette

SALAD
1 little gem lettuce
1 bunch of radishes
2 punnets of cress 4
40g feta (Violife is good. I forget this in the recipe)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
8 picked green chillies
GUACAMOLE
1/2 a bunch of coriander
1 red chilli
4 spring/green onions
2 ripe avocados
5 ripe cherry tomatoes
2 limes
