Music | Nibbles | Beverages
NoHo Arts District restaurants are participating in the “L.A. Al Fresco” program where they’ve taken over a lane and created an outdoor dining area on Magnolia between Vineland and Lankershim. It is believed to be the first project of its kind that reclaims roadway space beyond the parking lane for dining purposes. To make Al Fresco Dining on Magnolia a bit more fun, we’ve added Al Fresco Fridays live music from 6:30-9PM! Al Fresco Fridays brings music while you have a nibble and a cocktail while enjoying the neighborhood. NoHo’s Al Fresco Fridays music program sponsored by the NoHo Business Improvement District. Al Fresco dining program is brought to you by the team at Councilmember Paul Krekorian’s office.

The Sidewalk Singers – the duo Dan and Serafia serenade us with pop, R&B and classic songs all with a guitar, tamborine and gorgeous voice.
Sidewalk Singers was formed during the Covid-19 pandemic by two world-class LA-based musicians who lost their means of income and wanted to continue to entertain and give back to the community, all while still maintaining social distance protocols. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and memorable way for people to celebrate their special day during these tough times AND give back, with 50% of all bookings going directly back to the community! 25% will go directly to the LA Regional Food Bank, and the other 25% will go to support the theaters in danger of closing in their personal community in the Historic Noho Arts District (we send donation receipts) – We also will be doing a “donation only” basis for people who are front of line workers, such as medical staff, educators, law enforcement, grocery clerks etc! To date they have donated more than $4,000 to local causes.
You can watch their interview on Spectrum TV!

Elliott Orion – Violinist playing a mix of classical and jazz.
I was trained Suzuki method on violin starting at age five, I taught myself guitar, piano, bass and vocals starting at age 13, and began writing original material, I toured Australia when I was in middle school, performing with an orchestra at the time. A few years back, I was attacked, shot, and beaten. I was told I might never play violin again, and I lost my home and was homeless for two years. I dragged myself out of that situation, and learned to play again. Now I want to succeed with the gift of music I was given.
