A Smart Kitchen Design

I recently worked with a repeat client to completely change the look and style of her kitchen. What was once a very outdated kitchen of the 70’s became a space that reflects not only the sign of the times, but beyond. Maple cabinets, white appliances paired with a tile floor and counters are no longer.

Today we have sleek stainless steel appliances, wood floors, white raised panel cabinets, subway tile back splash and beautiful granite counters. Where there was once an eating area and wall separating the kitchen and dining room is now a huge island with darker stained cabinets. The island not only provides tons of prep space and storage, but houses the microwave and allows for an eating area at one end. We also created a beautiful display area to showcase treasured china and crystal along with a few of her special mementos.

Stay tuned for further updates as we continue to work on the dining room and living room in the near future.
