[NoHo Arts District, CA]  –  Los Angeles Pierce College Theatre (LAPC) will open its 2026-2027 season with Steven Dietz’s acclaimed adaptation of the Bram Stoker classic thriller, Dracula, directed by Esdras Toussaint and running October 23-November 1 in LAPC’s Performing Arts Mainstage Theatre.

About Dracula

Playwright Steven Dietz breathes new life into one of literature’s most famous undead – and the legend of Dracula appears on stage with potent majesty. The seductive, scary and tragic soul of Stoker’s beloved novel is told through faithful dialogue and moving theatricality. As Count Dracula begins to exert his will upon the residents of London, they try to piece together the clues of his appearances – in a valiant attempt to save themselves from a hideous fate. Rich with both humor and horror, this play paints a wicked picture of Stoker’s famous vampire. Enter the world of the Count, and prepare yourself for a night of terror and fascination!

The Cast

The cast features Haley Anglin, Michi Arroyo, Amir Azadan, Shane Chung, Jack Cullen, Sam Davey, Layla Fatullayeva, Eliot Le Jour, Ryan Marshall, Cadence Palitang, Jonica Patella, Elissa Rosenhaus and Eryn Salinas.

The Team

LAPC Theatre’s production is directed by Esdras Toussaint. The production features scenic design by Edward Salas, costume design by Vincent Oxenhandler, lighting design by Briana Pattillo and sound design by DJ Medina. Jacob Garcia is the stage manager.

Dracula will open in LAPC’s Performing Arts Mainstage on the Pierce College campus on Friday, October 23 and continue through Sunday, November 1. There will be a special sign interpreted performance on Saturday, October 24 at 7:30pm.

Free parking is conveniently located in parking lot #6 on the Pierce College campus (6201 Winnetka Ave., Woodland Hills, CA, 91371), adjacent to the Performing Arts Center.
