[NoHo Arts District, CA] – Theatre 68 is bringing back the acclaimed solo show I’m Not a Comedian… I’m Lenny Bruce, directed by Joe Mantegna and starring Ronnie Marmo. This special limited run returns July 24-26 to the Theatre 68 Arts Complex, where the production first began in North Hollywood.

In light of Kitty Bruce’s recent passing, please join Theatre 68 for a fundraising event for the Lenny Bruce Memorial Foundation at the Theatre 68 Arts Complex in North Hollywood. Proceeds will be donated to support the foundation’s mission. Almost 60 years after his death, Lenny’s legacy lives on as he continues to inspire artists all over the world.
The show chronicles the life and battles of the most groundbreaking, impactful comedian of all time, Lenny Bruce. The show draws from his battles championing freedom of speech and also many of Bruce’s original comedic bits and insights from his writings, which are masterfully woven together by the show’s creator and star, Ronnie Marmo and expertly directed by Tony Award-winning stage actor, film and television star, Joe Mantegna.
