[NoHo Arts District, CA] – NoHo Summer Nights- Councilmember Adrin Nazarian’s FREE outdoor concert series – continues with IT’S BRITNEY BEEP, a tribute to Britney Spears along with opening act Dogs Forever on Saturday, August 16 at NoHo Park.
IT’S BRITNEY BEEP is a Britney Spears party like you’ve never seen before! A high-energy live band, spot-on live vocals, 11 costume changes, and 23 fully choreographed production numbers with fierce dancers will have you reliving the Y2K concert of your dreams! Dance along to all your favorite hits, like …Baby One More Time, Oops I Did It Again, and Toxic and enter a world where Britney’s heyday never ends. It’s Britney Beep is so much more than an impersonation, it’s a joyful and comedic celebration of the Princess of Pop! We’ll drive you crazy…are you ready?
Dogs Forever is a Punk/indie band from Long Beach, CA. Originally consisting of Lucius Acker and Thomas Medel, the band started as a two-piece, making four EPs together. Later works include drummer Phoenix Aiono and most recently, bassist Amali Escobar.
Their latest release, Body Hammer, includes all 4 members. Body Hammer is an introduction to future pieces from the band. A true reinventing of the band’s sound.
Every evening features live music, food trucks, art activities and fun for the whole family. So bring a blanket or folding chairs and enjoy picnic and an evening of live music under the stars at North Hollywood Park.
You can also help a neighbor in need by bringing canned goods and non-perishable food items to donate to the North Hollywood Interfaith Food Pantry.
