
[NoHo Arts District, CA] – It’s finally getting warmer and that means it’s time for Pitfire Pizza’s spring 2023 menu. This year it’s going to be a Pesto Fest-O – a celebration of spring and one of their favorite sauces!
Pitfire Pizza’s new spring menu features three pestos (Classic Basil, Kale & Walnut, Pesto Rosso) and seven pesto dishes.
Spinach and Artichoke Pizza – their classic Pitfire sourdough crust topped with marinated and grilled artichoke hearts, roasted garlic, spinach and their Classic Basil Pesto.

The Burrata – a Pitfire Pizza menu staple that shines as a headliner during Pesto Fest-O! This pizza is cooked topped with tomatoes and caramelized onions, and then finished with spicy arugula, classic basil pesto, toasted hazelnuts and creamy Burrata cheese.
Pesto Chicken Pizza – Another year-long Pitfire favorite that steps up as a headliner this festival season! Their Pesto Chicken pizza combines fire-roasted chicken, Classic Basil Pesto, red onion, and gooey cheese for a Pesto Fest-O classic. Plus, it’s a genre bender and can be served folded or unfolded!

Spaghetti with Kale & Walnut Pesto – a fresh Pesto Fest-O pasta tossed with first-of-the-season grape tomatoes, peppery arugula and their Pitfire Kale & Walnut Pesto topped with a heaping dollop of ricotta cheese.

Burrata Toast – Sure to be a Pesto Fest-O favorite, a slice of grilled sourdough is loaded up with smashed pesto peas and tendrils atop a cloud of Burrata.

Grilled Artichoke – a full marinated artichoke grilled to perfection and served with a Pesto Aioli for dipping.
Crispy Spicy Fingerlings – Already al favorite, these smashed fingerling potatoes are tossed with their signature Chili Crunch and fried to golden brown and crispy. Served with the spectacular Pesto Rosso for dipping.
