For the past decade, Lee Aronsohn has been teaching On-Camera all over the globe.
He’s an expert in multi & single-cam scripted comedies. Jason Kyle has been teaching improv to both Actors and non-Actors since 2014 and is the head improv instructor at the SAG-AFTRA Conservatory. Lee and Jason have combined their efforts to form Humor Resources Training. Their classes will be held at Gray Studios in the NoHo Arts District and begin Feb. 2, 2020.
Improv: Creating Characters for the Stage & the Page
Jason currently works in Development at Sony Pictures, with Howard Gordon & Alex Gansa (Creators/Producers of Homeland, 24) and Glenn Geller (former President of CBS Studios).
As an Actor, Jason’s improv skills have landed him in global campaigns for Toyota, Microsoft and Samsung’s Day-in-the-Life series, as well as roles on MTV and National Geographic. He’s a 15+ year improviser, trained at The Groundlings, UCB, BATS Improv and the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco. He currently co-chairs and teaches improv classes at the SAG-AFTRA Conservatory. After serving in the Peace Corps in Albania and a stint as a Management Consultant, Jason shifted gears into Stand-up and Acting, and started his own company, training business professionals on the art of improv and comedy. He’s Written, Directed and Starred in three critically acclaimed theater productions, including Holiday Problems Anonymous, which debuted in Los Angeles in 2018

Lee has been making TV comedy magic for over 30 years. He served as Showrunner, Director & Executive Producer for the massive global hit comedies, Two and a Half Men and Big Bang Theory.
In 2018, he Produced and Directed his first feature-length documentary, 40 Years in the Making: The Magic Music Movie, about his efforts to reunite his favorite band from his college years, Magic Music. Which currently holds a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Lee has Written, Produced and Directed episodes for legendary shows such as: The Love Boat, Who’s the Boss?, Murphy Brown, Grace Under Fire, Cybill and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
He’s retired from the business, but his buddy Jason Kyle asked (dragged) him back in to put his incredible skills and experience to use in the classroom.
On-Camera: Multi & Single-Cam Comedy Be directed on camera by an actual Director. Train for your auditions with an actual Showrunner who cast for sitcoms. Learn to master comedy from a comedy Master. Students will be given scenes and perform them on camera (audition-style) and then coached & directed by the Instructor. Students will also be given their footage to study and dissect at home.
