Falcon Theatre presents

Directed by Jerry Kernion
Written by Adam Long, Reed Martin & Austin Tichenor

Being an election year, isn’t it wonderful we get to be reminded just how lucky we are to live in such a great country.

The rest of the world says America has such a short history, but as a very wise person once said: “It’s not the length of your history, it’s what you do with it.” Well, THE COMPLETE HISTORY OF AMERICA (abridged) gives us 600 years (524 exactly, but who’s counting) of History in 6,000 seconds. As you will see in these 2 hours, we have done a lot with our history. Some good, some not so good. But I digress.

We actually begin the history lesson way, way before Columbus discovered America. You see, in actuality, Americo Vespucio, who worked in an Italian Map shop, discovered America. But you will find out EVERYTHING you every wanted to know about our History from this uproariously funny play. From George Washington to Barack Obama, the Civil War to the Vietnam War, Betsy Ross to Diana Ross, our history lesson is complete. Written by the successful writing team of Adam Long, Reed Martin and Austin Tichenor, their quest is to tell us the story of America. And they succeed in every way.

It is non-stop fun and fast-paced entertainment performed by the amazing and talented cast of Matthew Patrick Davis, Thomas Hobson and Kevin Symons. These three wonderful, skillful actors play 20 characters each with laughs, music, story and expert timing, giving us an evening not to be missed.

The Falcon Theatre brings us THE COMPLETE HISTORY OF AMERICA (abridged) - another wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable evening of fun and frolic. We leave the theatre happier and satisfied from such a great evening, and with the knowledge that we have such a rich, jam-packed and accomplished history. We are truly lucky to live here!
