Above the Curve Theatre is proud to present the acclaimed new play by Eric Ulloa that chronicles the life in a small town after an unspeakable tragedy occurs. “26 Pebbles” takes place in the months after the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School that killed 20 children and 6 adults.
“It’s unlike anything we’ve done before,” said director, Joe Lorenzo. “Not only is this about an actual event, but we’re using the actual interviews that the people of this town gave. It’s in their own words. There’s definitely more pressure on us to do this play justice.” “It’s definitely something that our entire board was drawn to as a passion piece,” stated ATC Founder, Erica Brauer. “We feel like it’s a story that needs to be told. We are also donating a portion of every ticket sale to Everytown for Gun Safety.”
Tickets: $20 online at www.abovethecurvetheatre.com; $25 at the door *$5 from every ticket sale goes to Everytown For Gun Safety*
