The NoHo Farmers Market has an abundance of fresh, local produce, some delish products and unique vendors.
The NoHo Arts District Farmers Market is a festive, family friendly, open-air marketplace. They are a non-profit organization committed to bringing fresh, locally grown food to the surrounding neighborhood. The Certified Farmers Market (CFM) vendors are at the heart of their market experience. Here you’ll find a variety of fruits and vegetables from California farmers, as well as other foods including breads, nuts, ethnic foods, cheeses, fruit juices and cookies. The new direction for the Farmers Market is to promote healthy living and lifestyle whether it be from our organic fruits and vegetables and teas, to their fresh, wild seafood. The market is working to bring in more organic products to help promote healthy living. Come on by the NoHo Farmers Market and support your local farms and vendors.
Check out some of the vendors below.
The Fisherman's Catch is a family owned business that brings in the highest quality fresh, wild caught seafood for better price then any competitor in the Valley. They also sell freshly made to eat products like ceviche and Ahi Tuna poke. They cut all the fish they bring in on Saturdays on Friday mornings and ensure that they pick the highest quality of fish to bring. The picture shows their three top fish that they bring in for sushi: Atlantic Salmon, Ahi Tuna, and Artic Charr.
Me Gusta Tamales has won awards for their tamales, and a lot of customers love their tamales for their velvety masa. They also carry vegan selections such as vegetable and pineapple, the other items they have are pork, chicken and beef.
Pupusa Delmy makes fresh pupusas on the spot along and you can also grab a delicious agua fresca that they make themselves using ingredients in the Farmers Market. They are the market’s oldest hot food vendor and are very popular with our customers.
C&L Farms is the oldest farms in the market and they are known for their berries. They are not organic certified but do not use pesticides on their produce.
Primal Probiotics sells Kombucha, which is delicious and has many benefits and like assisting with ulcer pains, digestive issues, and weight loss. Though the vendor does not have his Organic Certification he only uses organic products because he is very particular about what he places in his product. This is getting very popular in the market.
