| Monday:
My family have been visiting from out of town so we went to Carls Jr for breakfast on our way to the airport. The bill came to $16.87 (not bad for a group of 6 hungry adults!) I showed my
NoHo Card and received my discount and now only had to pay $13.50, or at least my dad did! Saved $3.37.
Went to the airport, said goodbye to parents and 2 sisters then me and my roommate headed back home. (I love to see my family but it's kind of nice to get back to normal).
Arranged to meet a few friends at Starbucks on the corner of Lankershim and Magnolia as this is the perfect place to "people watch" Bought 3 Frappuccino's, a hot chocolate, a couple of muffins and a cookie and saved $1.88
I had to get my car washed as I had been sight seeing with my family for 5 days and my car looked as though I had been living in it for the past 3 months! I decided to go to Tujunga Car Wash as I can use my NoHo Card there. I chose the wash and wax which was originally $13.99 and I got it for $6.99. Wow! Saved $7 and my car looks great again.
Went home and tackled tidying up the apartment. What a mess! Wish my NoHo Card got me discount on house cleaning.
Meeting a friend tonight as we are going to the theatre. Yes, I used my NoHo Card again and received 50% of my 2 tickets. Saved $15.
So there you have it. My total savings today came to $27.25 and the best thing about my card is that I can do it all again tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day...
