We all want to go everywhere and have hassle-free parking, including in the NoHo Arts District. Well we'd just settle for parking in North Hollywood and deal with the hassle part. I went to the NoHo Farmers Market when they first opened and I had a terrible time finding a place to park. I parked several blocks away and carried my over-flowing shopping bags back to the car. It was no picnic.
