I get a lot out of reading your blogs. I have healthier control over my thoughts and feelings, and it helps me take better care of myself and my family. Dear Readers, I’ve had a few experiences lately that have jolted me into the realization that my story is what I continue to tell myself and others, AND that my story may be holding me back from the next phase of fulfillment and happiness that I realistically envision for myself.
